Consent is typically provided via checking an opt in box presented to you on a Beauty Barn consultation form or when you subscribe to our mailing list online or in some cases, it may be provided by you to us either verbally or over the telephone in person or by registering for online booking.

We use password protected software which allows us to track and make bookings. The information you complete on your medical form will be added to your customer account on this software to ensure your future appointments with us can be run as smoothly as possible.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.

The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to or stored at, any destination outside of our own premises.
